Arthritis Natural Cures

An effective diet will go a long way toward controlling arthritis for many people. Eat the following regularly:

  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Cabbage
  • Cauliflower
  • Cold water fish (Salmon and mackerel)
  • Garlic
  • Nuts
  • Onion
  • Raw pineapple (whole or juiced)
  • Raw vegetables
  • Seeds (Flaxseeds)
  • Tea
  • Vegetable oils
  • Whole grains


Arthritis Pain
To combat arthritis pain, eat cherries and drink water.

Too much acid in the body causes inflammation which causes pain.  Drink a glass of water every two waking hours.  Dehydration has been linked to arthritis pain.

Avoid the following:

  • Alcohol
  • Breads
  • Caffeine
  • Dairy products
  • Eggs
  • Fried foods
  • Oils
  • Pasta
  • Pastries
  • Red meats
  • Refined carbohydrates
  • Saturated fats
  • Sugar


Rheumatoid Arthritis
Consume the following regularly:

  • Fish (cold water; Salmon and Mackerel)
